Service

Case Canary posts Slack alerts based on comments you send to our webhook. You are responsible for your Salesforce configuration and for sending only data you are authorized to share.

Fees & refunds

Subscription is billed in advance. You may cancel anytime; service continues through the paid period.

Acceptable use

Availability & changes

We strive for high uptime but provide the service “as is.” We may modify features with notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case Canary’s liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate for breach or risk to the service. You may terminate at any time via support.
